Who we are
Premier Au Pair was the first au pair platform built for Australia — and we have been by far the largest ever since, connecting host families with au pair candidates across Australia and New Zealand. We are not an international site that happens to list Australia; we are focused entirely on Australia and New Zealand. We were built by people who have been on both sides of the au pair experience: as host families and as au pairs themselves. That firsthand knowledge shapes everything we do, from the way profiles are structured to the support we offer when things get complicated.
We are not a traditional agency and we are not a generic global job board. We sit in the middle: a structured, Australia and New Zealand-focused platform that gives families the tools to find the right au pair themselves — with personal Diamond support available for those who want it.

Why we built it
When we looked at the options available for Australian families, we found two extremes: expensive agencies that charged thousands of dollars, or large global platforms where Australia was an afterthought.
Families needed something better — more focused, more affordable, and built around how the au pair program actually works in Australia and New Zealand. The visa landscape here is different. The expectations are different. The lifestyle is different.

Jade founded a renowned Australian au pair agency and brings more than 15 years in the industry to the team. The original idea for Premier Au Pair was hers, and she continues to guide our market and industry direction. Today she leads the support team and is the person our members turn to for real, practical guidance — making her our driving force for customer happiness.
Till Pape
Founder & CTO
Till is the solution architect behind the platform and heads our development team. An award-winning founder — recognised in both startup and legal-tech awards — he turned the idea for Premier Au Pair into the technology that powers it. A self-described cosmopolitan who speaks four languages fluently, he built the platform to give Australian families a better, more affordable way to find au pair support.

Natalia leads Premier Au Pair as CEO and drives our product development and product management. She brings experience from Accenture and from working with global corporates such as Porsche, shaping a platform that gives both families and au pairs a great experience from first sign-up to successful match.
