We answer every message ourselves, usually within one business day.

If something has gone wrong with a membership, please tell us before anything else — most things are settled the same week. Our terms, including our 14-day money-back guarantee and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, are set out in our Terms and Conditions.

What Premier Au Pair is — and what it is not

Premier Au Pair is an online self-search platform. It helps host families in Australia and au pair candidates from around the world find and contact each other directly. Families and au pairs arrange and conclude their own au pair agreements.

We are not a placement or recruitment agency. We do not employ, place or supervise au pairs, and we are not a party to any au pair agreement. The optional Diamond membership adds candidate shortlisting and interview coordination, but it does not change this: even with Diamond, the agreement is between the family and the au pair.

This is deliberate, and it is why a membership costs a fraction of an agency placement fee. It also means the choice — and the responsibility for that choice — stays with you.

Interpretation and definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
