Looking back
When we started, we had one clear goal: a safe, easy place for families and au pairs to meet. We kept it simple — somewhere to build a great profile and chat privately with potential matches, with trust and ease at the centre.
Our journey so far
We have come a long way together. A quick look at what we have achieved:
- More than 728 families have created profiles, offering warmth and opportunities.
- 1,036 au pair profiles, with people from all walks of life ready to join Australian families.
- Together, you have sent 17,310 messages!
Help us get even better
Since our launch last autumn we have steadily improved the platform to make matching easier. For example: rather than impress you with a large number of profiles — including outdated ones from inactive users — we chose comfort and full transparency. Our latest update gives families a new filter to show only candidates active in the past month or quarter. Au pairs need no such filter, since they only ever see families with an active membership. Improvements like these come directly from your feedback — thank you for that.
