Premier Au Pair has launched premieraupair.fr, a brand-new French-language page for au pair candidates from France, Belgium and Switzerland who want to spend a year as an au pair in Australia or New Zealand.
What's on premieraupair.fr
The page explains what an au pair does day to day, how matching with a host family works, and walks candidates through registration — all in French. It uses the same modern design as premieraupair.org and premieraupair.de, our existing German-language page.
Visa rules by nationality, in one place
Working Holiday visa rules vary by passport, so the page lets visitors switch between France, Belgium and Switzerland to see exactly what applies to them: age limits (18–35 for France, 18–30 for Belgium and Switzerland), the Subclass 417 visa for French and Belgian citizens versus Subclass 462 for Swiss citizens (who also need to prove Functional English), police-check requirements, health insurance, and an estimated total cost for the year broken down by nationality.
Australia, and New Zealand too
Alongside Australia, the page covers New Zealand as a smaller but genuine option for French, Belgian and Swiss candidates, with its own Working Holiday visa and some host families based there as well.
Why a dedicated French-language page
Premier Au Pair already welcomes candidates from France, Belgium and Switzerland, but until now they only had the English platform to work from. A page in their own language makes it easier to find accurate visa and cost information up front, before registering and switching to the main platform to build a profile and contact host families.
How to get started
premieraupair.fr is an entry point, not a separate platform: registration, matching and your profile all live on the main Premier Au Pair site. From the French page you can also switch straight to the English or German version if that suits you better.
