Diamond terms and conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing the Diamond Package Membership.

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Diamond Package Membership offered by Premier Au Pair. By purchasing this membership, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions in full. Failure to comply may result in termination of services without refund.

Diamond package overview

The Diamond Package membership costs $499 AUD and is valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. The package includes:

All benefits of the Platinum Membership.
Recruitment and shortlisting of the best candidates by our team to meet your family's requirements.
Organisation of interviews with candidates selected by the family.
Ongoing support and conflict resolution services throughout your au pair's placement.
A candidate replacement guarantee if your au pair departs before the six-month agreement ends.

Family obligations

Families who purchase the Diamond Package agree to:

Pay the au pair on time and for any additional hours worked as agreed in the placement agreement.
Treat the au pair with respect and fairness, ensuring they are not subjected to harsh treatment, discrimination, or abuse.
Adhere to the agreed au pair agreement, ensuring that the au pair's duties align with the expectations set out during placement. Families must not ask au pairs to perform tasks outside the scope of the agreed role (e.g., tasks unrelated to childcare or agreed household duties).

Termination of services

Premier Au Pair reserves the right to terminate a family’s use of the agency services, including the Diamond Package, without refund if the family:

Fails to pay the au pair on time or for additional agreed hours.
Engages in harsh or abusive treatment of the au pair.
Requests or requires the au pair to perform duties beyond the agreed scope of work.
Breaches any other terms and conditions outlined by Premier Au Pair or in the au pair agreement.

In the event of termination, the family will no longer have access to any benefits or services provided under the Diamond Package.

Candidate replacement guarantee

If an au pair leaves before the six-month agreement ends, Premier Au Pair will provide a replacement au pair at no additional cost, subject to the following conditions:

The family must notify Premier Au Pair immediately upon the au pair's departure.
The departure must not be due to breaches of these terms and conditions or other actions by the family.
Replacement timelines may vary based on candidate availability.

Ongoing support and conflict resolution

Premier Au Pair will provide ongoing support to both the family and the au pair throughout the placement term. This includes:

Addressing and mediating disputes or conflicts.
Offering guidance to ensure a harmonious working relationship.

Families must cooperate fully with Premier Au Pair during any conflict resolution processes.

Liability

Premier Au Pair will not be held responsible for any issues arising from the family's failure to comply with these terms and conditions. While every effort is made to recruit and match suitable candidates, Premier Au Pair does not guarantee that all placements will be issue-free.

Refund policy

The Diamond Package membership fee is non-refundable. Exceptions will only be considered under extraordinary circumstances at the sole discretion of Premier Au Pair.

Amendments

Premier Au Pair reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to families via email or the website.

By purchasing the Diamond Package membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
